The Site offers a free career-discovery quiz, career profiles, and — where shown — links to current job postings. No account is needed.
2. Information, not advice
Everything on the Site — match scores, salary figures, timelines, roadmaps — is general information for orientation. Salary figures are ballpark U.S. medians; real pay varies by employer, location and experience, and you should confirm against authoritative sources before making decisions. Nothing here is career counseling or financial, legal or educational advice, and nothing promises that any career, salary or timeline is achievable for you. Decisions you make based on the Site are yours.
3. Job postings and third-party content
Job listings are retrieved from third-party services and may be delayed, changed or withdrawn by the source. We don’t post, screen or guarantee them, we are not the employer, and we play no part in any application or hiring decision. Links take you to third-party sites governed by their own terms and privacy practices, for which we are not responsible.
4. Emails you request
Submitting the results form asks us to send you a one-time email with your own results and permits contact about that request; it does not subscribe you to marketing. Marketing email requires its own separate opt-in, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe method in any message or by writing to info@pslnk.com.
5. Text-message terms (only if you opt in)
If you check the SMS box and provide your mobile number, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional text messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out (you may receive one final confirmation message); reply HELP for help or contact info@pslnk.com. You represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the number provided and are at least 18. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you give up the number, opt out first or tell us.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including not to use it unlawfully; submit false information or someone else’s contact details; probe, overload, scrape abusively, or interfere with the Site or its security; or access data that isn’t yours. We may limit or block access to protect the Site and its users.
7. Our content
The Site’s design, text, graphics and branding are protected by law. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial career exploration and share links to it; you may not copy or republish substantial parts without written permission. Third-party names appearing on the Site belong to their owners; appearance implies no endorsement either way.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any listing, figure or match reflects current reality.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, opportunities or data, arising from use of (or inability to use) the Site — including reliance on its content and interactions with third-party sites or employers — even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Where the law doesn’t allow certain limitations, our liability is limited to the smallest extent it permits.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
11. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and may update these Terms by posting the revised version with a new date; continued use is acceptance.
12. Governing law
